An article in the Bangor Daily News, which discussed a second weekend of partying at The Grove student apartment complex, included comments from UMaine Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Robert Dana, who said university police are prepared for weekend parties and first-year students often test their limits, but many problems are caused by young people coming from off-campus.
