Events Coverage Info & Request

Looking for medical coverage at an event?

UVAC has the ability to provide a dedicated medical team to standby on site while your event takes place. Please fill out the event coverage request form found on this page. Once we have received the request, we will contact you to determine the best way to ensure you have adequate coverage.

Event Coverage Rates

Ambulance – $85.00 per hour (Includes crew of 2 EMT’s)

EMT / AEMT – $25.00 per hour

Paramedic – $30.00 per hour (limited availability)

EMS Command – $50.00 per event

*Rates may vary depending on the size and scope of the event and any risks associated with it.

Please note: All requests will be carefully reviewed before any decision is made. Large scale events taking place on campus on the same day will have priority for standby medical coverage.

All event coverage requests must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the event.
