As a future teacher, you’re a champion of student success, and of “doing good.” You inspire us, because we know you face enormous challenges as you venture into the classroom, not the least among them a mountain of student debt.
So, to thank you for striving for a better world, and to support you on your journey, we’ve established a scholarship fund. This year, we will award $10,000 to an aspiring educator who can tell us how they plan to, in the words of Ron Poplau, “become the good.”
In no more than 800 words (but no fewer than 500), tell us how you plan to change the world through education. More specifically, will you promote student success in the classroom and beyond, through community engagement, emerging instructional practices, and/or educational technology?
