Tuba player Oystein Baadsvik will perform on April 11 with UMaine's own Laura Artesani accompanying on piano. Two UMaine vocal ensembles join forces with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra to help bring to life one of the canon's most iconic works, Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. The program will also include Randall Thompson's Alleluia and a world premiere work from the Wabanaki performance artist and musician Firefly. Tickets to the performance can be purchased here.
