Chris Dorr successfully defended his Ph.D thesis last Friday. Congrats Dr. Dorr! In his thesis work he demonstrated that the OPRA theory which his advisor Dr. Reinhard Moratz developed in the last decade is sufficient to successfully attack the notoriously difficult problem of shape similarity.
