VEMI Continues Outreach to Inspire Maine Kids with STEM Education

On February 23rd, SCIS faculty and students affiliated with the Virtual Environment and Multimodal Interaction (VEMI) Lab wil be traveling to Lincoln Academy in Newcastle. The group will be speaking to students about math and science, the VEMI lab, and even exhibiting some of the exciting work that the lab has been doing in virtual reality. This presentation follows the highly successful Blue Hill “Teen Science Café” at which VEMI students conducted a similar presentation in December.
