BIS Issues Final Rule on Sanctions Against Belarus – March 2022
On March 3, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) issued a Final Rule adding sanctions against Belarus (PDF) due to the country’s ‘substantial enabling of the Russian Federation’s further invasion of Ukraine.’
