Kyle Parker Kyle L. Parker, ’99 graduated from the University of Maine with a BA in Political Science. Kyle is currently Senior Professional Staff at the Committee on Foreign Affairs at the U.S. House of Representatives. He previously served as a Policy Advisor for Eurasia at the Commission on Security and Cooperation (CSCE). After UMaine, Kyle spent eight years at the American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC) managing public diplomacy programs with Russia and Ukraine and eventually becoming Vice President of Programs. Following his time at AFPC, Mr. Parker joined CSCE (U.S. Helsinki Commission) in Europe in 2006. Having expertise in the political and cultural evolution of the post-Soviet space and religious affairs in the region, Mr. Parker has frequently appeared as a commentator on geopolitical issues in domestic and offshore media. He has been a guest lecturer at numerous policy forums and has served on task forces concerning the former Soviet states.
