Gary Bresnahan, ’90 currently works within the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan. In this capacity, he supervises the attorneys and staff for the office’s District Courts Unit that covers the county’s District and Municipal Courts including the City of Detroit. The Unit represents the State of Michigan for all misdemeanors through trial and felony preliminary examinations prior to trial. After UMaine, he attended and earned his law degree at University of Detroit School of Law. He is the President of the Gross Pointe Democratic Club and the Delegate to the State Central Committee of the Michigan Democratic Party. While at UMaine, he served as a Congressional intern for Representative Silvio Conte.
