Simply enter how many bags, either 20 lbs or 50 lbs, of each variety you would like and select a pick-up time. Payment will be handled in-person, at pick-up ONLY, please do not reply to any requests for payment online. CASH ONLY. We do not have a card reader and cannot take checks on behalf of the grower. Thank you for your understanding. Please plan to bring extra help for orders over 300 lbs! All potatoes are US #1 size. *Reminder: Do not let your potatoes freeze. Do not leave them in your vehicle. Store them in a cool, dark, dry location.*

Caribou Russets – 20 lbs

A medium to large potato with white to pale yellow flesh. A good keeper with minimal water content. This is a floury, light, and fluffy potato good for baking, frying, mashing, and roasting. The Caribou Russet was developed by the University of Maine and the Maine Breeding Program.
