Assessment Mini-Grant Showcase (Projects funded for 2022-23)

Please join us on Sept 26 from 12-1PM in the Bumps Room (Union) for a lively discussion with our 2022-2023 Assessment Mini-Grant award winners as they share insights and results from their recent assessment projects. There will be an opportunity to discuss assessment strategies that will be applicable to your program and will help you kick off your annual assessment planning.

Assessment 101 Workshop

For anyone new to the program assessment process, we are offering an Assessment 101 workshop via Zoom on Oct 17, 2023 from 12-1 PM. This workshop will provide an introduction to the program assessment process and how it is implemented at UMaine/UMM. If you are interested, please register using this form.

System-Wide Assessment Workshop

On Oct 24, 2023 from 12-1:30PM the System-Wide Academic Assessment Committee (SWAAC) , in partnership with instructional designers and learning designers from across the system, will be presenting a Zoom workshop entitled: Diverse Demonstrations of Learning: Assessing in Courses and Programs. Faculty and staff with interests in aligning and choosing assessments and instructional approaches best suited to meet stated course or program learning outcomes are welcome to attend.  Please register using this form.
