The Office of Facilities Management provides a broad range of services to the University community. These include management of: capital construction projects; maintenance and operations (with a full range of trades); the central vehicle fleet and garage; the central power plant and extensive related campus infrastructure; housekeeping and custodial services for the University’s 4.5 million square feet of buildings; and recycling/resource recovery operations.  Many administrative functions support these activities, including offices responsible for financial management, health and safety, and permitting.

We are committed to a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility. Decisions are guided by the Campus Master Plan and the University’s Climate Action Plan.

We strive to serve our customers’ needs in an efficient, friendly manner. The Office of Facilities Management and each of its divisions works continuously to streamline its processes.
