Bangor media cover UMaine’s 13th annual ‘March Against Domestic Violence’
WFVX (FOX 22/ABC 7 in Bangor) and WABI (Channel 5 in Bangor) covered the University of Maine’s 13th annual “March Against Domestic Violence.” Casper Cowan, president of Triota Epsilon Psi at UMaine, helped organize the event and spoke toward the importance of recognizing both current and child victims of domestic violence, noting that they are often overlooked. The march brought students and community members together to raise awareness, share stories and honor those who have lost their lives to domestic violence in Maine.
