Spectrum News speaks with Gardner about EEE in Maine mosquitos
Mosquito-borne Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) has been reported in a Maine resident for the first time this year. EEE has been found in state animals, despite the lower mosquito population. University of Maine biology and ecology professor Allison Gardner spoke with Spectrum News about the disease.
