Charney highlights UMaine wildlife program in New England Public Media
Noah Charney, assistant professor of conservation biology at the University of Maine, led New England Public Media on a tour through a section of forest described in his book, “These Trees Tell a Story: The Art of Reading Landscapes.” Charney said the university’s Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Conservation Biology focuses on getting students outside to experience hands-on learning.
