WGME (Channel 13 in Portland) covered a study to reduce food waste in schools developed by the Food Rescue MAINE student and faculty team from the University of Maine’s Senator George J. Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions. WFVX (Fox 22 Bangor) and the Daily Bulldog shared a UMaine news release about the project.
