WFVX interviews Saini on upcoming meteor showers
Nikita Saini, a Ph.D. student with the University of Maine Department of Physics and Astronomy, spoke with WFVX (Channel 7) about the upcoming Capricornid and Aquariid meteor showers, which will peak around July 30th and in mid-August, respectively. “You’ll have to be out on a very clear night sky, and just kind of lay down, it’s not gonna be like within an hour you’ll see a lot, it’s kind of overnight you see a lot of them,” Saini said.
