Sedlock gives BDN insight into Orono Arts Fest
Mary Jean Sedlock, a senior lecturer in theatre at the University of Maine School of Performing Arts, gave the Bangor Daily News insight into performances and appearances she has planned for the Orono Arts Fest. Sedlock was chosen by the Orono Town Council in May to organize the performing arts festival, which was previously named Artspalooza. “I wanted to start a festival that continues to feature local and regional artists but also increases the caliber of the experience for both the artists and the audience,” she said.
