Country Folks Grower cites Entsminger’s presentation at recent farmers, gardeners workshop
Country Folks Grower followed an informational presentation from Jason Entsminger, a University of Maine assistant professor of entrepreneurship and innovation, UMaine Cooperative Extension assistant professor and small business specialist. Entsminger presented at a Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners workshop on the challenges of farm employers to offer benefits that allow their workplace to compete with the packages offered by larger and non-farm businesses.
