Down East Magazine highlights Lobster Institute’s participation in upcoming Auburn festival
The University of Maine Lobster Institute is participating in the second annual Auburn Lobster Festival on Saturday, May 11. A preview for the event from Down East Magazine stated the Lobster Institute will bring a tank of lobsters, not to eat, but to use for educational demonstrations about lobster anatomy and behavior.
