BDN publishes UMaine student’s column on incorporating Wabanaki studies in schools

The Bangor Daily News published a column from Hope Carroll, fourth-year communications undergraduate student in the Honors College at the University of Maine, titled “Wabanaki studies should be taught at all Maine schools.” Carroll submitted the piece at the invitation of the Maine chapter of the Scholars Strategy Network, which brings together scholars across the country to address public challenges and their policy implications.
