Registration open for free Maine Summer Transportation Institute for middle school students
The University of Maine College of Engineering and Computing is accepting rolling registrations for the Maine Summer Transportation Institute (MSTI), open to Maine middle school students. MSTI will run from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. during two, one-week sessions, July 10–14 and July 17–21.
Participants will engage in STEM related hands-on activities, on-campus presentations and field trips. This program is free and supported by the Federal Highway Administration, Maine Department of Transportation and UMaine College of Engineering and Computing. Only 12 applicants will be accepted for each week’s program.
