MD Islander column cites 2020 ‘Maine Energy Overview’ report by UMaine researchers
A column published in the Mount Desert Islander cited a 2020 “Maine Energy Overview” by Jonathan Rubin, director of the University of Maine Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center and a professor of resources economics and policy, and Mariya Pominova, a former master’s student of the UMaine School of Economics.
