Pen Bay Pilot shares UMaine valedictorian’s commencement address
The Penobscot Bay Pilot printed a transcript of the commencement address written and recorded by Bailey West, valedictorian of the class of 2021 at the University of Maine. West, who is from Stockton Springs, graduated with a degree in biochemistry.
