Centralmaine.com promoted a virtual talk by David Reidmiller, director of the Climate Center at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute, about applying global climate action in Maine. “Paris to Portland: Localizing Global Climate Action,” which is scheduled for 3 p.m. March 22, is sponsored by the Senator George J.
