Morning Ag Clips, the Bangor Daily News, the Sun Journal and the Portland Press Herald promoted a talk by University of Maine faculty Jean MacRae and Cynthia Isenhour at 3 p.m. Feb. 22. MacRae, an associate professor of civil and environmental engineering, and Isenhour, an associate professor of anthropology, will discuss a recent study focused on building a safe, circular and sustainable food system.
