Media report UMaine a top AASHE sustainability performer
The Bangor Daily News, Centralmaine.com and the Penobscot Bay Pilot picked up a University of Maine news release highlighting UMaine’s recognition by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE). UMaine ranked in the top ten in the grounds category, recognizing biodiversity on campus, campus land management practices and sustainable landscaping.
