WABI salutes Military Appreciation Day
WABI (Channel 5) reported on the most recent University of Maine’s Military Appreciation Day.
Military service members and their families were invited to attend for free Sunday’s UMaine vs. Stony Brook women’s basketball game. As part of the UMaine Military Appreciation Series presented by Dead River Company, military service members were given free tickets to three athletic events — a football game, a men’s ice hockey game and the women’s hoop contest with Stony Brook.
