Bangor Metro published interviews with three University of Maine seniors who will be celebrated as part of the Black Bear football team’s Hometown Day on Saturday, Oct. 24, when they play the Stony Brook Seawolves at Alfond Stadium. Trevor Bates of Westbrook, John McCabe of Winslow and John Hardy of Portland spoke with the magazine about football, the future, and what it means to be a Black Bear.
