February Stress Reduction Classes Offered to UMaine Community
A free four-week program exploring stress-reduction strategies is being offered to UMaine faculty and staff from 8:30–10 a.m. or 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. each Tuesday in February in the Multipurpose Room of the Memorial Union. Leslie Forstadt, University of Maine Cooperative Extension faculty member and child and family development specialist, will lead the classes. Attendance is limited to 10 people and advance registration is required.
