The Bangor Daily News was among several news organizations to report the sudden cancellation of the Oct. 17 Collins Center for the Arts event “The Price Is Right – Live!” Adele Adkins, associate director of UMaine’s Collins Center, told the BDN there was a production issue that couldn’t be fixed. According to the story refunds were made available Wednesday night for credit card holders and can be obtained at the ticket office or by calling 581-1755 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, and cash and check purchases will be refunded automatically by mail.
