Hazing Study Noted on Website
In a story about hazing on college campuses, the website TakePart cited a national study, led by UMaine researchers Elizabeth Allan and Mary Madden. Allan and Madden found 55 percent of students who join fraternities, sororities, sports teams, student clubs and other groups experience hazing during their initiation.
