Libby Interviewed for FoodCorps Story
UMaine Cooperative Extension Educator Ellie Libby was interviewed by the Kennebec Journal for a story about FoodCorps, a new national service organization that is an offshoot of AmeriCorps. UMaine was one of 10 national partners selected to participate in the program. Libby told the newspaper Maine has the maximum number of FoodCorps service members than any state can have, and those people are doing work all over Maine.
