Comments from Prof. Ivan Fernandez of UMaine’s soil sciences faculty are included in a Bangor Daily News story about Sen. Susan Collins’ Thursday announcement that the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture’s New England Plant, Soil and Water Laboratory, located at UMaine, will remain open.
