UMaine’s Franco-American Center was mentioned in a Bangor Daily News’ Family Ties column about Franco-American roots in Quebec. The genealogy of the family of a man born in Quebec in 1759 was featured in the spring-summer 2011 issue of Le Forum, the center’s journal.
