Tony Grassi
Tony and his wife, Sally, moved to Camden in 2004 from Connecticut. They have two children and five grandchildren, all of who live in Maine. Tony and Sally purchased and rehabilitated the Mill at Freedom Falls in 2012. Tony serves on the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy in Maine, as well as on the boards of the Butler Conservation Fund, Conservation Media Group, and Horizons National Student Enrichment Program (the latter as a founder with Sally). Tony graduated from Princeton University and the Harvard Business School. After three years in the Army Medical Service Corps, he worked as an investment banker in New York from 1971 to 1990, most recently as a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston. Subsequently, he served (with a stint in each case as Board Chairman) on the Global Board of The Nature Conservancy, and the boards of The Nature Conservancy of Connecticut, American Rivers, the New Canaan Country School and the Wilton Land Conservation Trust.
