- Strengthen processes for evaluating and enhancing the success of climate adaptation programs and projects
- Develop framework and criteria to measure and track progress
Project Strategies
Phase I
- Examine other frameworks and criteria used for climate adaptation evaluation
- Develop list of publicly available data/metrics
- Evaluate applicability in different contexts
Phase II
- Seek input from diverse Maine stakeholders
- Assessment of strengths and limitations of alternative evaluation approaches
- Develop a framework for how both quantitative and qualitative information can be used during evaluation process
