The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program enables students on a Federal Pell Grant the opportunity study or intern abroad, providing them with skills critical to our national security and economic prosperity.
Benefits:
- Up to $5,000 in funding to cover study abroad costs
- 12 months of noncompetitive eligibility hiring status for jobs within the federal government after receiving the scholarship
- Up to $3,000 of additional funding for students studying critical languages while abroad
