Info flyer for Curious Incident with performers photosThe Maine Autism Institute for Education and Research (MAIER)  is partnering with the Midcoast Actors Studio in Belfast for a special Sensory-friendly showing of “Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time” for individuals and families impacted by autism.  This showing will be tailored towards creating a safe, fun, and judgment-free environment for individuals on the spectrum and their families.

Attendance at this sensory-friendly showing is free for individuals on the spectrum and their families, but space is limited, so pre-registration with MAIER is required.  Please note this show is best suited for mature teen and adult audiences due to language and themes.

“The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time,” is a play about a teen on the autism spectrum with exceptional math abilities, as he goes about solving a neighborhood mystery. Adapted from the book by Mark Haddon. Check out the Midcoast Actors Studio website for regular show times and tickets.
