The Appalachian Mountain Club has partnered with autism professionals to create an autism-friendly lodge and vacation experience for families impacted by autism spectrum disorders at their Cardigan Lodge in the Lakes Region of NH.
This summer they are hosting a special three-day autism-friendly event July 3rd through July 5th, with rooms reserved exclusively for families with individuals on the spectrum and trained staff to support your family. The program is designed to provide a relaxing and fun experience for the entire family. A variety of outdoor activities tailored to families will be offered.
