Culturefest Food Court Participant Registration
Overview:
The Food Court has room for roughly 24 tables and is open from 11:00 am to 2:00pm. Vendors prepare food from their specific countries and cultures and sell them to the public.
Who:
Only groups that have a campus representative are allowed to sell food. The campus representative should be the contact listed on the form. If we have multiple entries from one country we may ask groups to work together.
What:
Food should be completely cooked on arrival at the Rec. Center. We cannot allow raw food to be cooked on location. We will provide up to 4 warming pans per group and each group will have only one table unless they receive prior approval from OIP Staff.
We encourage vendors to set reasonable prices for their offerings. It is also helpful to offer a smaller portion at a lower price so that the attendees can try a bit of everything.
