Cocktails on the Coast with OIP!

Mid June, Sarah Joughin and Mireille Le Gal attended “Cocktails on the Coast,” hosted by the UMaine Alumni Association.

An open invitation to international alumni from Portland and Boston areas was sent out prior via social media. They convened in Portland before boarding a ferry ship named the Bay Mist at the historic docks of Casco Bay. Throughout the two hour tour, live music filled the air, which led to even the reserved dancing. Food and beverages were offered, fueling a myriad of conversations and hearty laughter. Every turn offered breathtaking panoramic views of the rugged Maine coastline and charming islands, all enhanced by the shared joy and camaraderie of the occasion.
