Emma Wilson

Emma Wilson is the marketing manager for Bangor Area Target Development Corporation and coordinates and markets programs and events for the University of Maine Office of Innovation and Economic Development and the Foster Center for Innovation. An alumnus of the Innovate for Maine Fellows Program, she now serves as the program coordinator and primary contact. Emma also supports several regional business development and entrepreneurship programs including the Big Gig pitch competition and the Top Gun entrepreneurship accelerator for the Bangor region. Emma is based at the Upstart Center for Entrepreneurship in Orono, a facility boasting 20,000 sq. ft. of office and lab space for small- to medium-size companies and a business incubator. The UpStart Center was developed in 2002 by the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation in partnership with the University of Maine, the State of Maine and the Town of Orono.
