Interdisciplinary PhD students with connections to the arts will present their research at the Innovative Media and Commercialization Center at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 11.

Also on display will be a project linked to civic engagement and getting out the vote. This is part of a faculty fellowship held by Susan Smith, associate research professor of intermedia programs at UMaine, from The Center for Artistic Activism NYC. UMaine is one of six campuses across the nation that are engaged in civic engagement in the classroom initiatives.
The event is free and advance registration is not required.
