March 2012 Premier Project Award at the EWB international conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

EWB-UMaine was chosen as first place winner of the Newman’s Own Foundation Campus Community Service Challenge $25,000 award (see photo below). Dan Gerges had put together the application with contributions from Monica Plante as well.

EWB-UMaine was chosen as the only student chapter to receive the Premier Project Award at the EWB international conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
