Why & how to use mid-semester feedback to improve your teaching AND your SETs

Collecting and using mid-semester feedback from students can result in both improved classroom experiences and end of semester SETs.  During this session we will:

  • Discuss the benefits and potential pitfalls of using mid-semster surveys
  • Evaluate different considerations for what data to collect 
  • Review strategies for deployment

For those interested, the last 30 minutes will be working time for you to draft your own tool and receive feedback so that you are ready to deploy the tool in your course by mid-semester!
