Holly Timblin, M.A.

Holly Timblin is a third-year doctoral student in Dr. MacAulay’s CARE lab! She earned her M.A. in Psychological Science at California State University, San Bernardino. She is interested in investigating the intersection between emotional, physical, and cognitive health. Specifically, she is interested in examining the role of inflammation as a mechanism between health behaviors (e.g., sleep quality) and adverse health outcomes (e.g., cardiovascular disease). Clinically, Holly aims to work in behavioral health to provide holistic and comprehensive care to individuals.


Morgan Tallman, M.A.

Morgan is a third-year doctoral student in Dr. MacAulay’s CARE Lab! She attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she obtained a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Applied Communication Studies. Morgan went on to obtain her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at SIUE. Broadly, her research interests include studying risk factors for cognitive decline to inform early interventions. She is also interested in understanding the relationships between emotional and cognitive functioning. Clinically, her interests focus on neuropsychological assessment in older adults with concern for cognitive decline.


Allyson Goldstein, B.A., B.S.

Allyson is a first-year doctoral student in Dr. MacAulay’s CARE lab! She graduated from Providence College with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience. Her research interests include the development of interventions aimed at promoting functional independence in older adults with cognitive impairment, and interventions aimed at improving psychosocial factors related to disease management. Allyson’s clinical interests focus on neuropsychological assessment in older adults with memory concerns, movement disorders, and epilepsy.
