  • Has been weight training since high school, and enjoys this style of exercise the most!
  • Was a track athlete for 12 seasons and enjoys long runs.
  • Teaches three fitness classes currently.

“I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals by creating a comfortable and accepting environment. I believe that the client and trainer are equals, in that they both are learning to become better together. My goal is to help others achieve their best self, not only physically but mentally as well. I strive to create a real and transparent space for anyone no matter what their fitness journey may look like.”
