While the bulk of my experience is in heavy resistance training, thanks to the Navy I am also fairly well versed in callisthenic workouts and building comprehensive circuit training that is both fun and effective.”

Coaching Philosophy

“Strength training is for everyone, of every age, and of every body type. Building strength can help in every stage of life and in every aspect. However, strength does not always look the same from person to person and oftentimes especially in a gym setting we can compare ourselves to those around us. The only person you need to worry about is the person who came in last time and the person who walked in today. There is no shame in being weak, the only shame is in staying weak!”
