Funding for current application is contingent upon punctual submission of any previous CA/DLS grant awards reports, including final proposed versus actual budget materials.

  • Note: All Cultural Affairs events must take place on the University of Maine campus or at other campus-related locations.
  • A concise summary of the project and its purpose. Limit of 1000 characters/150 words.
  • A narrative describing the project’s activities in complete detail. No character limit.
  • CADLS funded events must target and engage the University of Maine community, especially students. All events sponsored by these funds should be open to the general University community. In description, include number expected to attend and a narrative description of whom the audience is, as well as any other demographic information relevant to the proposal. Describe the composition of the audience i.e. students, faculty, community members, etc.
  • How will you publicize this event?
  • Identify all sources of funding and any restrictions placed on those funds.
